Your access to and use of Innovate Blue ("the Website") is subject exclusively to these terms and conditions. You will not use the website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms. By continuing to use the website, you are deemed to have accepted these terms in full. If you do not accept these terms, you must stop using the website immediately.
Innovate Blue will carry out work only where a written purchase order or official confirmation is provided via email. All service agreements are binding once the official project kickoff has been initiated.
Innovate Blue reserves the right to: (a) Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the website or any part of it without notice. We shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal. (b) Modify these terms and conditions at any time. Your continued use of the website following any changes shall be deemed your acceptance of such modifications.
While every effort is made to ensure that our work is error-free, Innovate Blue cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunctions. All graphics, programming code, and server assets remain the property of Innovate Blue until all outstanding accounts are paid in full. Any work performed remains the copyright of Innovate Blue and may only be reproduced or resold with our express written permission.
Innovate Blue provides software "as is" and the ultimate responsibility lies with the client to ensure all software functions correctly before deployment. Clients are expected to provide suitable testing environments identical to production for large-scale applications. While we endeavor to correct post-launch issues, we are not legally obliged to do so beyond the agreed scope of work.
While Innovate Blue offers high-performance hosting services, no 100% uptime guarantees are made. We cannot accept liability for losses caused by service unavailability, maintenance windows, or unforeseen interruptions by third-party infrastructure providers.
The Website is provided on an "AS IS" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Innovate Blue will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage (including loss of business, data, or profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of our digital platforms or services.
A deposit may be required from new clients before work commences. Hosting fees and third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client are payable in advance and are non-refundable. Outstanding accounts must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date. Failure to settle accounts may result in suspension of related services or denial of website access.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts for any disputes arising from these terms.
