Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Innovate Blue, we strive for total client satisfaction. Our policies are designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with our commitment to quality service.
Innovate Blue provides the liberty to cancel projects or service renewals. For ongoing services such as Website Promotion, Hosting, or Domain Registration, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 7 business days prior to the end of the current service cycle.
Requests received within the 7-day window will be processed for the subsequent service period.
If a client is not satisfied with our delivered services, a refund request can be made within 30 days from the date of project installation. Final refunds are calculated after deducting applicable taxes and hourly labor charges for the completed work.
Refunds for credit card or payment gateway transactions will be issued back to the original payment source to ensure security and compliance.

| Design Preferences | 0% | We offer revisions and adjustments based on feedback. Since design is subjective, no refunds are issued based on style preferences. |
| Work Delay | Up to 50% | Evaluation based on response times and project trail. Refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to audit. |
| Technical Glitches | 0% | Third-party issues (Domain/Hosting/External APIs) are outside our sphere of influence and do not qualify for refunds. |
